Had a great Easter stay! the breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of food to choose from. the staff were also really helpful in giving me directions to nearby attractions. the hotel was conveniently located near the subway and within walking distance to many sights.
The hotel could definitely benefit from some maintenance. the rooms were clean enough but could have been fresher.

Great location, with the metro station, supermarket, and restaurants nearby. Convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with necessary facilities.The staff was friendly and had good English communication skills.
The service was poor, especially when there were issues with the air conditioning in the room on my wedding night. It took multiple attempts and several hours to resolve the issue, wasting precious time.

Good hotel with luxurious amenities. We stayed for a night and found the room to be spacious and well, equipped with exclusive facilities. the restaurant served delicious food and the in, room breakfast was served on time. the service was top, notch as the staff were friendly and attentive to our needs.
There was only one minor issue with this hotel. the Spa centre needed maintenance.
